Ziraffe

The Ziraffe, much like the legendary animals of Yore, is a blend better than the sum of it's parts. Designed to be a swiss army knife of sorts, the ziraffe is here to help athletic beginners through solid intermediate junior skiers continue to improve while allowing them to ski everything the mountain has to offer. Built around a mid 80mm waist and a full wood core the Ziraffe starts with a solid foundation for great edge hold and a smooth sailing experience. Then the Ziraffe gets a touch of rocker in both the tip and tail, a mellow rise gives the Ziraffe almost automatic turn initiation without sacrificing the edge feel and control as speed increases. The rocker also increases the performance of the Ziraffe off-piste, allowing it to float on top of crud and powder for effortless arcs no matter the snow pack. As a final touch the Ziraffe gets a dose of twin tip making the Ziraffe park friendly for the more daring young skiers. The end result is that the Ziraffe excels as a confidence building, anything at anytime, ski for the junior or early teen skier.
